Today, the Jazz design by MossCreek follows in its namesake’s footsteps by creating a new style of living.

The Jazz interior features a main level with spacious open living, master suite, and laundry/mud room areas. A gracious screened porch creates outdoor opportunities free from insects. On the upper level the Jazz provides two guest bedrooms and a loft that looks down to the great room below

On the exterior, the Jazz features a unique blend of modern elements set in a new melodic arrangement.
