We are frequently asked to “MossCreek-ify” existing structures to give them the “MossCreek Look”, and recently we did just that for a group of Golf Villas. The Villas were already built in a traditional suburban style but not selling well. The owner commissioned MossCreek to give them a much more eye-catching exterior. The challenge for MossCreek was to give them an exterior of rustic elegance without having to make major structural changes to the existing buildings.
