Placing a new home on the land is very important, and MossCreek just held a site review meeting for one of our current projects to make sure everything was perfect. The clients and their builder met with MossCreek at the job site to determine the best placement of the home. A view stand was constructed so that everyone could see the view from the actual height of the home, and the outline of the residence was marked with stakes and flags to help everyone visualize the finished structure.
