MossCreek just returned from a new project kick-off for one of our most challenging build-sites yet. We were greeted with heavy rains at the job site, and once the skies cleared, we could see that this design would call upon all our skills. The site is a slope bordered on one side by a creek, another by a large Beech tree, and then two utility easements. The building envelope is long and narrow, but with a great view of the creek, and the client wanted to be sure that the exterior of the home incorporated all the features that create the unique MossCreek style. The floor plan also needed to maximize the available square footage. MossCreek continues to work closely with the client to create a great home, and you can click the image to see initial sketches.
